I've been completely satisfied with the service received on my Traverse from Jim Shorkey's dealership. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues with my auto and expertly repair them.

Great staff and service from this location. It’s not everyday you get service on your vehicle but both times I have been here the staff has been amazing. Glad to find a new place to service my vehicle.

I received a warm welcome from all the employees I talked to. They were very helpful from the parts department helping Me pick out Accessories, sells person John helping me pick out my new car and the service department getting my new car ready for me. This us why I always buy my cars there.

Dropped the vehicle off the night before and got a call to the next day with all issues and service addressed. The service team is always friendly and takes care of business.

Our first time experience was very good. Anthony Tanilli is an excellent sales consultant. He works with you to get what you want, very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend anytime. David Miller Finance Director also was very personable and easy to talk to. Explained everything was quick getting paperwork done.

Buying a car can be very stressful trying to decide what you want and on top of that making sure you get what you want at a price you can afford. And that’s exactly the experience I had buying my car. My salesman/friend Greg Gray and the Management here at Jim Shorkey took the time to make me feel at ease as I brought my wants and needs to the table and told them what I wanted and what I could spend and they were able to make adjustments to meet my expectations and more and we both felt like we got a great deal. No games no gimmicks just straight to point. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

Not at all happy my truck was in for a oil change after the service was completed I was advised I need a tire pressure sensor Iam thinking no big deal I have a warranty that I was told at time of purchase my truck I had zero deductible unless I had repairs done outside of Jim shorkey murrisville Chevy with that being said they tell me it’s going to cost 155 dollars this is where Iam very unhappy I was told specifically at time of purchase of truck how the warranty worked and I was not told the truth not a happy customer at all and I will not be back or recommend this dealer ship to any one else and the shameful part is I’ve had four people that I recommended to buy cars from shorkey Chevy hopefully they don’t get screwed over like I did

I forgot the information I needed to inspection and they worked with me to get the paperwork so they could do the inspection. They were very patient and kind.

Brought car in to replace a defective part by the back bumper that was under warranty. The rear bumper had to be removed to put on the replacement part. The rear bumper was scratched and gouged during this process. Total careless !!

While my experience with Bob Fox was excellent, I have a slight concern with the paperwork part of the transaction. I think I was offered to buy "insurance" and this offer to buy was mixed in with normal closing on the purchase. I think this offer was made via a tablet computer and I think I signed "declined". Let me be clear, I do not want any "insurance". I suggest do the closing paperwork first and then offer the insurance.

Scheduled on-line appointment. Arrived a few minutes early, was taken in right away. Service advisor confirmed that I wanted my rear brakes replaced. Was at the dealership a little over an hour. Very satisfied returning customer.

Recently, I had an unusual situation with my vehicle that required immediate attention. I contacted David Wingard, and with a sense of urgency, he arranged for me to bring my car in that same morning. Brandon was very helpful in helping me pick out the car I needed. Only complaint I have is really didnt want the sirius radio package at 299. for 3 years. was told I couldnt deleted it. Couldnt figure out if that is an add on why couldnt it just not be set up. really dont like being forced to pay for something I dont really want and if I did pretty sure I could have gotten it cheaper on my own.

Jacob Valvano was my sales associate. He met my wife and I at the door of the dealership on March 25th. We arrived without notification to order a car. Jacob walked us through the process efficiently and professionally and kept me as informed as I believe was possible through the long wait for my car to arrive in Murrysville. Jacob shared our enthusiasm and handled the delivery as professionally as he did the ordering. The finance manager, Brian Savinda, wasted no more of our time than was absolutely necessary during the paperwork phase of taking ownership. He presented options for extended maintenance/care items but did not try and "hard sell" any of them. As far as my experience with the personnel that I had direct contact with at the dealership I could not have been more pleased. One more thing I feel should be mentioned: At our initial visit while Jacob walked us around the dealership showing us the location of the various departments every member of the team we ran into or across acknowledged us with a wave and a smile. It went a long way to giving us a feeling of confidence that we would be well taken care of going forward.

I have another appointment scheduled for Oct. 8th. This will be my 4th trip in for the same issue, only this time I have to leave the vehicle and take a rental. I understand some issues are hard to diagnose, but 4 trips ? The cost is covered by warranty this time, but what about the next. Currently not very happy.

It took entirely too long for a LOF and tire rotation. Why give a customer a 9 am appointment when the vehicle is not going to be touched until 10 am? I saw my truck sitting in the drop off area for a full hour until it service began.

Had an oil change and tire rotation plus an alignment. Drove the vehicle noticed it still pulled right. Tried discussing with my service writer David, won’t return call and quit answering text after stating what my issue was.

My car STILL is NOT fixed!! I have to put it in the shop AGAIN for the fifth time for the same problem. This time I will be using the Chevy dealership in Turentum

I thought the service lady that was working with me was being a bit racial, she spoke to me like I couldn't afford the services I was there for. She made me very uncomfortable; I didn't appreciate the way she interacted with me, when I told her my headlight was going to burn out soon she told me that whoever replaced the bulb in the first place put the wrong bulb in. "It's a new suv I've never had the bulb replaced before" but she was adamant about this wrong fact like I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to tell her repeatedly that there has never been any need to change the headlight before. I think I'll go somewhere else to get my headlight replaced

hi wanted just oil and filter change , thy added a engine filter and charged me 80 dollars more , i didnt argue at the time but feel i should of been told before it was done , next time i will read complete work order before signing , if i come back . otherwise service ok , gerry

My appointment was at 10:00am at 11:30 they tell me I need new brakes and then give me the price I say I will get them done later or somewhere else, I asked the mechanic why it took so long to let me know that my truck would not pass and got no answer I said close it up I'll take my truck didn't get it until 1:00. Never again will I get a vehicle done there and we just bought a car there and we had to reclean all the inside windows they had a film on them.

At least the issue seems ok now

The service was done in a timely matter but I was told that I had to pay for my inspection. When I returned home I looked at my invoice from last year since Shorkey had completed the purchase from Watson Chevrolet and it stated Lifetime free inspection and that was one reason I bought out my lease. Very disappointed that they now decided not to honor it.

Everything was very satisfactory except that, with a scheduled appointment, a simple oil change should not take 1.5 hrs! That is my only complaint. Otherwise my visit was excellent!

Everybody was real, nice and considerate there. It didn't take real long for my inspection and they fixed my flat tire. was a good experience.

I came in for a recall that required only to have a code number on my tires read to determine if the tires were under recall from Continental Tire. My expectation was that this would take no more than 15 minutes if the code was not the one being recalled, which it was not. I spent an hour in the waiting area, which was excessive for the task being performed. Moreover, the service department did not remove the paper mat or mirror tag: I had to do that myself. Not what I'd call 5 star performance.

This was now my second truck I purchased at the dealership. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the process smooth and easy.

Staff was very friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and entertaining. I have been car shopping for over a year and had some rough experiences. Anthony was amazing, very respectful, timely, and made sure we were taken care of. While waiting for Anthony to find the car we were approached twice to make sure someone was working with us. Best customer service hands down would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.

I brought my truck in for a noise and a problem with it jerking while driving from idle to 30mph. My advisor said it was a transmission problem. Which is covered under the drive train warranty. When I got my truck back, the noise was fixed but my truck still jerks worse than it did when I brought it in. I called and talked to Jeanine and she said that my computer is still figuring out my driving habits that I have to drive it 200 miles for all the fluids to take to the problem that was fixed. She stated that the mechanic changed gears in my transmission and fluids because they found metal in my transmission. But when she gave me the slip for the parts and the work that was done to my truck, there is no mention of changing gears. This does not make any sense to me as my truck is running worse than when I brought it in. I feel like I’m getting the run around.

I’m not one that spends a lot of time shopping for a vehicle. I feel the process was strait forward

Ok but I think you're prices are to high for inspection local garage is definitely less in area.

I have a 2025 Silverado EV RST that I purchased at another dealership. GM issued a vehicle wide update that makes the dash software so much better. My purchase dealership was not able to do the update and told me I could always go to another dealership. I'll I did and Jim Shorkey was able to take my truck and do the 4 hour update on the first try. Such a great experience with Dave and everyone else at the service department.

I want to thank the Jim Shorkey team that worked very hard to solve the problem of my 2017 Cruze transmission. From Shaine Allerton, Michael Disante who contacted GM about my problem, the technican who replaced the transmission, and Phil Bell who I took on a test drive and taught me about modren transmissions. My change oil light came on 12 days after my inspection. If my oil life was checked, I could have gotten my oil changed at this appt instead of finding time 12 days later to come in for another appt. When I called in to ask if this was something that should have been caught during inspection, I was given the run around instead of just apologizing for the overlook and asking how they could help to fix it.. ex: giving me a rental car while I drop my car off again for an oil change.

The staff is great but it seems there are always things that can't get done at that visit. I always have to come back after they can find out something about warranty coverage, takes more time, etc.

First class from start to finish. Service department is the best I have experienced in 55 years of driving. Many service departments are good, or very good, but Jim Shorkey Chevrolet in Murrysville, PA is the best!!! I have many options available to me for service. Probably a dozen or more within 10 minutes of my house. I choose to drive 35 minutes to reach Jim Shorkey Chevrolet.

Our truck is now stuck in the Walmart parking lot because it will not start. We haven’t even had the truck back 3 days from it being worked on. We are waiting to get in touch with you all, which is equally as frustrating. No one ever answers the service phone. Right before the holidays, and we don’t have a vehicle. You all had it for nearly 3 weeks, and we still have an undriveable vehicle. This is outrageous.

Staff is always friendly and explains everything. They make service recommendations but never push for you to purchase anything.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Had a issue with park switch. Thay didn't cover it because warranty ran out by 2500 miles.

I made an appointment for a sound recall. The lady who was my service rep was very friendly. My car had uploaded the sound recall by itself before I took it in (I didn't know that) I sat from 9:40 to 11;30. There were two other items that I addressed. 1)that I have to sign in every day to my Chevy app. 2) that my Google map on my car screen doesn't have a satalite view or a speed sign letting me know what the speed sign is where ever I'm traveling. She addressed it to me verbally but used words I didn't understand. I felt that in 2 hours they could have tried to fix my 2 concerns since my sound recall was already done.

Always a good experience at the dealership. Always let me know whats wrong or what needs done. Always offering snacks, etc while I wait.

Very disappointed! Was told I needed a new battery and that it might take awhile because of the location of the battery! Agreed to purchase and get battery installed! Next thing 15 to 20 minutes later my car is right out in front ready to go! My bill $270 for battery which is okay but $199 labor to install! It took maybe 20 minutes at most! That’s about $600 an hour labor rate! I am in shock and feel scammed! I am a regular customer both in purchasing and service but feel that this labor charge must be drastically reduced for me to return in any capacity!
