It was ok the waiting area had heat snacks and drinks were available for a price not like at subaru . People waiting were pleasant and friendly free water was available. I thought they would wash my truck since it was part of the package I purchased but it was brought out dirty. Service adviser was a nice young man sales department was kind of odd walked in and was not asked by any of the sales people if I was looking to buy, I most likely would have bought a new corvette or a dura max truck.

The service was fine, but it took 57 days for the part to be installed. That’s too long for a vehicle to be in the shop.

We were supposed to receive 2 fobs when we bought the car last March and never received the second fob. When asked if they would split the cost of the fob that we were supposed to receive but Jacob screwed us since the sale was complete. We know we will not do business with you any more.

The waiting area is really nice and comfortable, with plenty of room. Then, not only was my truck done in about half the time they estimated, my truck was sprayed off on the outside to remove all the salt and gunk on it from the weather. I'm not sure my experience could have been any better!

Went to get my Oil Pump Censor checked out because I have puddles of oil in my drive they told me it was electric and I would have to come back and get it changed out but if it’s electric then why do I have all these oil spots in my driveway

I had scheduled a 8:15 appt for and oil change it took ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES for a oil change. That's a bit ridiculous. I could do it way quicker in my garage. No apologies no I'm sorry it took so long.

I again wasn't called that my car was done. They tried to charge me even though the salesman talked me into purchasing the maintenance plan. They had to go talk to sales to get it correct. This is the second poor experience with this department. I regret purchasing this vehicle from Shorkey.

I went to test drive a trailblazer. Bob Fox took the time to figure out my needs and didn’t push anything on me. He gave me a couple different options and did everything he could to help me out the best he could. It was the most comfortable I’ve been shopping for a car. Dave the finance guy great too. Made it feel comfortable and just simple. Would definitely recommend the whole dealership. Was a great experience.

Overall it was a good experience. I feel that my trade in value was on the low end especially for the vehicle being newer with low miles and in excellent condition. Besides that I was happy with the entire experience.

My experience started out by visiting your dealership, looking to see a Colorado ZR2 up close. As it turned out, you guys didn't have one on the lot. Your website showed one, but i guess it was still being made. Luckily, I was approached by Jacob Valvano, who was willing to take the time to show me everything he could about this truck. Technically, he could of just told me it didn't arrive yet, and i would have to come back. Not only did he take the time to print out as much information as he could, he was willing to try to find one for me at another dealership. I would think, that any salesperson would rather work with what is on the lot, rather than try to deal with another dealership. Showing effort and enthusiasm means a lot to me, because i am a production manager, job site foreman, and trainer at my job. I expect this level of effort and drive from my guys. The fact that he was trying for me, and didn't give up, spoke in loud volumes. I felt comfortable, and i felt like i could trust him. As it turned out, it was still in St. Louis being made. At this point, i knew i could probably go to another dealership and find what i wanted and get it sooner, but between Jacob and Rick, they worked with me to try to get the price where i wanted it to be. Now i know you guys can;t give your vehicles away for free, no more than we can for our products, but it's nice to know that a company will work with you to aquire your business. You guys earned my business because i felt that Jacob and Rick were being honest with me, even if it meant having to let me walk away. Always excellent service at this dealership.

For the first time since I’ve had my truck, I was not happy. The truck had a recall for a check engine light that was staying on. I took it for service and stayed fro 3 hours waiting for it to be fixed. I was told it was. The light was off as I left the dealership. Not a mile down the road, the light came back on. Since I had to go to work, I could not go back immediately. When I got back, they asked me if I’d mind a rental for a couple of days w hole they fixed it. I still had the rental into a second week. It got so bad that I asked them to do my inspection because I didn’t want a return visit. The inspection was due and I needed an oil change. Finally, once the repairs were completed, they needed to run the car for emissions testing. When I picked up my vehicle, the warning light was fixed, the inspection done, but, there was no oil change and the truck had less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas, and a chip missing on the drivers side door, like the door was opened and hit something. I am not a happy camper!

Came out for an oil change and tire rotation. Had an 11:00 appointment, was completed by 11:30. No one came out and told me about things on my vehicle that I wasn’t there for, which I like. It was the last of my complimentary oil changes that came with my “certified” purchase.

Not at all happy my truck was in for a oil change after the service was completed I was advised I need a tire pressure sensor Iam thinking no big deal I have a warranty that I was told at time of purchase my truck I had zero deductible unless I had repairs done outside of Jim shorkey murrisville Chevy with that being said they tell me it’s going to cost 155 dollars this is where Iam very unhappy I was told specifically at time of purchase of truck how the warranty worked and I was not told the truth not a happy customer at all and I will not be back or recommend this dealer ship to any one else and the shameful part is I’ve had four people that I recommended to buy cars from shorkey Chevy hopefully they don’t get screwed over like I did

While my experience with Bob Fox was excellent, I have a slight concern with the paperwork part of the transaction. I think I was offered to buy "insurance" and this offer to buy was mixed in with normal closing on the purchase. I think this offer was made via a tablet computer and I think I signed "declined". Let me be clear, I do not want any "insurance". I suggest do the closing paperwork first and then offer the insurance.

John Matta (Salesman) took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us the exact car my wife had in mind. Christian (Finance) took us through the paperwork, and explained every option. He made sure we understood everything and took his time answering our questions.

Every thing was completed in a timely manner. Plus they washed my truck.

Scheduled on-line appointment. Arrived a few minutes early, was taken in right away. Service advisor confirmed that I wanted my rear brakes replaced. Was at the dealership a little over an hour. Very satisfied returning customer.

Nick Bezjak was awesome! He was so patient, kind, funny, knowledgeable and down to earth. He listened and helped us work out a great deal. I truly did trust him to guide me through the process and honestly if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have left with a car that day. Great service professionals who were very communicative and provided all the information I needed in an easy-to-understand way. They took my truck in at the scheduled time, and had it completed before I expected.

The Jim Shorkey service department is fantastic! I've been going there for over ten years and won't take my vehicles elsewhere.

Jacob Valvano was my sales associate. He met my wife and I at the door of the dealership on March 25th. We arrived without notification to order a car. Jacob walked us through the process efficiently and professionally and kept me as informed as I believe was possible through the long wait for my car to arrive in Murrysville. Jacob shared our enthusiasm and handled the delivery as professionally as he did the ordering. The finance manager, Brian Savinda, wasted no more of our time than was absolutely necessary during the paperwork phase of taking ownership. He presented options for extended maintenance/care items but did not try and "hard sell" any of them. As far as my experience with the personnel that I had direct contact with at the dealership I could not have been more pleased. One more thing I feel should be mentioned: At our initial visit while Jacob walked us around the dealership showing us the location of the various departments every member of the team we ran into or across acknowledged us with a wave and a smile. It went a long way to giving us a feeling of confidence that we would be well taken care of going forward.

Brandon was very helpful in helping me pick out the car I needed. Only complaint I have is really didnt want the sirius radio package at 299. for 3 years. was told I couldnt deleted it. Couldnt figure out if that is an add on why couldnt it just not be set up. really dont like being forced to pay for something I dont really want and if I did pretty sure I could have gotten it cheaper on my own.

We dropped our truck off this past Thursday for inspection on Friday. We redeived a call later Thursday afternoon stating that the inspection was done and the truck was ready to pick up! We saved aa whole day waiting for it to bee completed!! Thanks Shorkey Chevrolet!

I have another appointment scheduled for Oct. 8th. This will be my 4th trip in for the same issue, only this time I have to leave the vehicle and take a rental. I understand some issues are hard to diagnose, but 4 trips ? The cost is covered by warranty this time, but what about the next. Currently not very happy.

I was a little confused as to where to drop my car off and where to enter the service department, but once I found my way, with the help of a nice employee, everything was fine. I was quickly checked in, instructed as to where to bring my car and where to enter for next time, and then sat in the lounge. I was periodically informed about my car.

Explanation of ‘excellent’ service should be sufficient.

Had an oil change and tire rotation plus an alignment. Drove the vehicle noticed it still pulled right. Tried discussing with my service writer David, won’t return call and quit answering text after stating what my issue was.

I was very happy with my purchase, and the team who made it easy.

I thought the service lady that was working with me was being a bit racial, she spoke to me like I couldn't afford the services I was there for. She made me very uncomfortable; I didn't appreciate the way she interacted with me, when I told her my headlight was going to burn out soon she told me that whoever replaced the bulb in the first place put the wrong bulb in. "It's a new suv I've never had the bulb replaced before" but she was adamant about this wrong fact like I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to tell her repeatedly that there has never been any need to change the headlight before. I think I'll go somewhere else to get my headlight replaced

Everything was very satisfactory except that, with a scheduled appointment, a simple oil change should not take 1.5 hrs! That is my only complaint. Otherwise my visit was excellent!

Another great experience by the service department

I came in for a recall that required only to have a code number on my tires read to determine if the tires were under recall from Continental Tire. My expectation was that this would take no more than 15 minutes if the code was not the one being recalled, which it was not. I spent an hour in the waiting area, which was excessive for the task being performed. Moreover, the service department did not remove the paper mat or mirror tag: I had to do that myself. Not what I'd call 5 star performance.

A Family type environment !!

They always do a very good job when checking our vehicle. Everyone is polite. They also send reminders & updates as well as suggestions for any improvements. I always recommend them.

hi wanted just oil and filter change , thy added a engine filter and charged me 80 dollars more , i didnt argue at the time but feel i should of been told before it was done , next time i will read complete work order before signing , if i come back . otherwise service ok , gerry

My appointment was at 10:00am at 11:30 they tell me I need new brakes and then give me the price I say I will get them done later or somewhere else, I asked the mechanic why it took so long to let me know that my truck would not pass and got no answer I said close it up I'll take my truck didn't get it until 1:00. Never again will I get a vehicle done there and we just bought a car there and we had to reclean all the inside windows they had a film on them.

The service was done in a timely matter but I was told that I had to pay for my inspection. When I returned home I looked at my invoice from last year since Shorkey had completed the purchase from Watson Chevrolet and it stated Lifetime free inspection and that was one reason I bought out my lease. Very disappointed that they now decided not to honor it.

My change oil light came on 12 days after my inspection. If my oil life was checked, I could have gotten my oil changed at this appt instead of finding time 12 days later to come in for another appt. When I called in to ask if this was something that should have been caught during inspection, I was given the run around instead of just apologizing for the overlook and asking how they could help to fix it.. ex: giving me a rental car while I drop my car off again for an oil change.

Staff was very friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and entertaining. I have been car shopping for over a year and had some rough experiences. Anthony was amazing, very respectful, timely, and made sure we were taken care of. While waiting for Anthony to find the car we were approached twice to make sure someone was working with us. Best customer service hands down would recommend to friends and family for sure.

I brought my truck in for a noise and a problem with it jerking while driving from idle to 30mph. My advisor said it was a transmission problem. Which is covered under the drive train warranty. When I got my truck back, the noise was fixed but my truck still jerks worse than it did when I brought it in. I called and talked to Jeanine and she said that my computer is still figuring out my driving habits that I have to drive it 200 miles for all the fluids to take to the problem that was fixed. She stated that the mechanic changed gears in my transmission and fluids because they found metal in my transmission. But when she gave me the slip for the parts and the work that was done to my truck, there is no mention of changing gears. This does not make any sense to me as my truck is running worse than when I brought it in. I feel like I’m getting the run around.

Ok but I think you're prices are to high for inspection local garage is definitely less in area.

I have a 2025 Silverado EV RST that I purchased at another dealership. GM issued a vehicle wide update that makes the dash software so much better. My purchase dealership was not able to do the update and told me I could always go to another dealership. I'll I did and Jim Shorkey was able to take my truck and do the 4 hour update on the first try. Such a great experience with Dave and everyone else at the service department.

incomplete service I had to make an addional trip back to (45 min trip both ways to complete the service (reset service monitor system)from a tire rotation. Since i made the extra trip i asked for atleast a car wash but was told it was broke ? Thanks

Overall a good experience, though I wish there were some quieter working spaces to wait that weren't near loud terrible daytime tv programming.
